Description
TIMES is a small portable table lamp. Once its battery is recharged, it emanates light for up to seven hours at maximum power. A central potentiometer allows you to dim the light by rotating the head, thus making the lamp versatile for a number of diverse situations, indoor or outdoor. It can be a functional desk light or a suffused candlelight for a dinner.
Note for Times Very Simple (raw aluminum): Leaving the single components of the lamp untreated reveals the beauty of pure aluminium surfaces. The column of the lamp is made from an extruded profile, whilst the head is CNC milled. Base and cap are laser cut. These different production methods lead to different surface qualities. Every scratch that is usually hidden under painted surfaces contributes to the story of this iconic object.
