Tension Floor Lamp

Description

This is a Post Modern Tension Floor Lamp, designed by Tarcisio Colzani for Porada in the 1980s. The piece was designed and produced in Italy. It is formed of black enameled steel, and has many accomodating features; A bookshelf with built-in bookends, round glass shelves to accommodate small items, as well as a lamp. Colzani was a self-taught carpenter and designer, thinking outside the box to offer thoughtful products that behoove human comfort.

This tension lamp measures inches 4.5 deep, 4.5 inches wide and 95.25 inches tall. There are some white specs on the black powder-coated finish, and the top and bottom of the piece show some signs of use. Overall, this piece is in very good condition. Please see photos.
