This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair, Model EA437, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to the 2020s. The design includes a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame and a seat with 2 inch thick cushions upholstered in beige leather. The chair offers a tilt feature with locking capability, a full 360-degree swivel, and a pneumatic lift mechanism.

Each chair measures 23.75 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and is 40 inches high, with a seat height of 18.5 inches. The upholstery is in very good condition, with some light wear apparent at corners. The bases have some light scratches and rubs. The arms look terrific. Overall, these chairs are in very good condition with some light wear. Please see photos.
