Description

This is a model 740 WP headboard designed by Florence Knoll for Knoll International in 1956. This particular example dates to the 1960s. The piece is constructed of walnut, and it has a woven cane panel insert.

This headboard measures 2 inches thick, 55 inches wide and 26 inches high. The walnut frame has some very light scratches, and there is a small crack on one leg near the bottom. There are some small chips on the wood, though the woven cane panel looks clean with no damage. Overall, this headboard is in very good condition with light wear. Please see photos.
