Description
This is a pair of Upholstered Lounge Chairs, designed by Jens Risom in the 1950s. The chairs were produced in the United States by Risom Designs, and the listed price includes the pair as shown. They have angular padded arms, and they sit upon frames of mahogany. The chairs are strong and sturdy with joinery on each corner underneath the seats.
Each chair measures 25.5 inches deep, 28 inches wide, and 36 inches high. They have a seat height of 18 inches. There is some difference between the colors on the upholstery fabric, and the foam is slightly crunchy. Reupholstery is recommended, and we can facilitate this upon request. The frames also have some light scuffs and scratches. Overall, the chairs are in good condition. Please see photos.
