Description

Band of Fire’s bright yellow petals, large eyes, and wide edges of brilliant red make its blooms truly fiery. Additionally, its heavily ruffled trumpets measure 5¾” across, making them impressively large. This daylily is the perfect choice for adding a touch of excitement to any border, and it reliably blooms in midseason and again in late summer to early fall.

Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees.
