Description
This is an Eames DSW Side Chair, originally designed by Ray and Charles Eames for Herman Miller in 1948. These examples were produced by Herman Miller in the USA in 2012. Their design features a molded plastic shell seat in black, and these have white oak dowel bases. DSW is an acronym for Dining Height Side Chair Wood Base.

Each chair measures 22 inches deep, 18.5 inches wide, and 31.25 inches high with a seat height of 17.5 inches. These pieces have light wear from previous use, including minor scuffs and scratches. Overall, the chairs are in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
