Description
A walk under the viaduct of the U1 subway line in Berlin-Kreuzberg inspired the designer of the M36 Table and the K36 Bench. The construction and colors are a reference to the functional architecture of these structures.
The M36 Table and K36 Bench were designed by Andree Weissert. After more than 12 years of practical work as a carpenter, designer and project architect as well as theoretical work on the subject of space, Andree Weissert founded Saw in Berlin in 2009. Saw is a design studio with a focus on architecture, spatial conception and furniture design. The starting point for his work is the fascination for the potential of spaces, the passion for design, the fun in making things happen and last but not least – a bunch of ideas.
