Description

This is a set of six B5 (or B40) Dining Side Chairs, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1926. This example was produced in the 1970s, likely by Tecta. The chair features a tubular chromed steel frame and newly reupholstered seats and backs in brown leather. The leather was masterfully redone by a saddle leather shop using thick high-end saddle leather.

The listed price includes all six chairs.

The chair measures 23 inches deep, 18 inches wide, and 33.75 inches high with a seat height of 18.75 inches. The chrome frames show minor signs of wear consistent with age, including light scuffs and surface scratches. The leather was newly redone and is in excellent condition. Overall, the chairs present beautifully and are structurally sound. Please see photos.
