Description

This is a PH Boudoir Mirror, initially designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen in ca. 1939. This piece dates to around 1965. The rim of the piece is made of matte white aluminum, and it has a metal structure that secures the mirror in the center. Poulson wanted to design a mirror that would provide a reflection of superior clarity; The idea of a backlit mirror was a novel idea in 1939.

This piece measures 5.12 inches deep and is 19.69 inches in diameter. The plug shows signs of age, and the frame shows some fading. The original Poulsen label remains intact. Overall, this mirror is in good condition. Please see photos.
