Description
This is a pair of Superlight Chairs, originally designed by Frank Gehry for Emeco in 2004. These examples were produced in the United States in the 2000s. They are composed of brushed anodized aluminum, and weigh only 9 pounds each. The lightweight shell is connected to the frame by a hinge, allowing it to rock slightly.
The listed price includes both chairs to be sold together as a pair.
Each chair measures 20.5 inches deep, 16.5 inches wide, and 32 inches high, with a seat height of 18 inches. There are some light scuffs and scratches on the frames along with some black marks on the seat. Overall, these chairs are in good condition. Please see photos.
